Today, 17th October 2022, Greener Living is five years old! In what started out in a garage five years ago before moving to a small unit in Ecclesfield, is now the UK’s number 1 heat pump installer with a large headquarters spread across two floors featuring a showroom and training centre along with several offices for all our amazing employees.

Along the way, Greener Living has won numerous awards and certifications such as the best renewable heating installer in Northern England and the most client focused renewable heating installer in Northern England. 

Despite being the largest Air Source Heat Pump company in the UK, Greener Living is still growing rapidly, taking on more employees and installing more heat pumps than ever!

This year, Greener Living has also branched out to install EV Charging, Solar Panels and Battery Storage as well to give customers an option of having a completely renewable heating solution and saving money on their heating bills by generating and storing their own energy.

Fuelling demand for Air Source Heat Pumps is high gas prices and subsidies for people who convert now. The Boiler Upgrade Scheme gives homeowners a £7,500 voucher from the government to help towards the cost of installation. 

We have a huge range of customers converting for different reasons with a lot of people wanting to go green to do their bit for the environment, whereas some people are having it done now because they know the subsidies won’t last forever and we need to take action now. 

It’s been an amazing journey so far over the last 5 years and we want to thank all our wonderful customers and hard working staff for joining us on this journey.
